When we decided to produce a vermouth, our intent was to create an intimate and profound bond between our most scented wine and the Mediterranean character of the aromatic herbs we grow with zero environmental impact in our unique sandy soils of marine origins.
So artemisia, helichrysum, rosemary and oregano paired with our wine Il Ginestraio produce a harmony of flavours, which tender our Vermouth so elegant, so very Tuscan.
